Faster Cars

0.6.0 is here and it comes with

• faster cars - all the cars have a higher engine force making for a faster paced experience
• hand brake
• boost/nitro 
  • player 1 - 
    • keyboard - Boost with Enter and Hand-brake with Space 
    • controller 1 - Boost with XBox Y (Nintendo X),  Hand-brake with XBox X (Nintendo Y)
  • player 2 - 
    • keyboard - Boost with "q" and Hand-brake with "z" 
    • controller 2 - Boost with XBox Y (Nintendo X),  Hand-brake with XBox X (Nintendo Y)
• dust from the wheels
  • back
    • driving generates dust based on the speed - more speed more dust
    • hand-braking increasing dust
  • front dust when just landed     
• order cars by their position in the position ranking UI      
• add finished icon to the finished cars (and the ranking is kept)     

Oh - and I got AI to draw me a nice logo  - what do you think about it?
